Men,

            Touch rugby starts this Sunday for 2009. Play rugby, improve your fitness and skills, have a lot of fun, get ready for the 15’s HS season. You get all of this in 2 hours on Sunday afternoon.

All ages and sizes welcome. This is a very fast game, but we forwards are also invited (you will learn how to outmaneuver the backs). This will get you in shape.
