Cannot download WPS exe for Windows or deb for Linux

I want to download WPS products as I am a big fan, but for some odd reason regardless of (Chrome/Firefox/Edge) or (Windows 10/Ubuntu 18.04) I cannot get the files to download just sits in an endless loop. When I isolate the URL being called it gives me a "Server Not Found" error. I'm using 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 as my DNS servers, so I'm scratching my head as to why I can't seem to get these files.
