Hey Saeed,
thank you for the suggestion.
I found the windows builds for ffmpeg over at
https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/
I will add the dynamic build of ffmpeg to the registry and then to the full-installer and the web-installer.
The target folder will be "<server>/bin/ffmpeg".

ffmpeg is also included in the ImageMagick package.
So the question is: is the ImageMagick package enough for you
or do you really need the standalone builds of ffmpeg?
