Installation of msi File fails

Hello,

I'm using Wpkg-GP-0.18b1_x64.exe and made a msi File from it (makemsi x64....)
If i try to install it manually or via GP, the Software will be installed and the *.ini File is o.k.
But the service isn't started. It is not possiible to start it (Errormessage)

Then i install the *.exe file and it works fine.
Where is the Problem? I will install it for every new Computer with GP
