Hey,
I got a problem with WPKG-GP on Windows 10.
He doesn't run on startup but only on reboot...
Does anyone know how to fix that?

Are you sure that this isn't related to the Hybrid Boot (Fast Startup) mode? By default Windows 8 and 10 may not actually shutdown, depending on how you issue the shutdown command.

So that shows it only works on a shutdown. What about just rebooting? I haven't had any windows 10 client run on a reboot. Did you change anything else in your GPO to force it to run?

It is the other way around. It should work on a reboot as the computer will actually shutdown and startup; whether it works on a shutdown depends on how you initiate the shutdown. So if it doesn't work on a reboot I think you have another issue. Enabling verbose startup messages normally helps to see what is going on.
