We have very nice 2 bedroom apartments for rent for just the summer or for
the entire school year. Lease is not required, deposit is required for
summer rental. Lease and deposit are required for yearly rental. These
apartments can be fully furnished (free for tennets renting the apt only
for the summer, or $120 one time rental charge for as long as you stay).

Rent for June, July, August is $600
Rent from September 2004 - May 2005 is $700
