Calling the add marker by address function

Hi everybody,

I want to write an plugin to make it possible to let the user of the
page add a marker to the map, after an confirmation of an admin.

User makes an "suggestion" via a formular to add a marker at address
xy.
Then the admin gets a message, and chooses if the marker would be
added or not.

There for i would like to use this plugin for the map, and only let my
plugin add the markers to the map, by calling the function of
WPGmappity.

Has somebody else tried something like that, or knows if it is
possible, or better how it has to be done.

Sorry for my bad english, I hope everyone knows what I mean.
