Mr. Christopher McKinstry, President and CEO of Clickable Systems
International, Ltd., is pleased to announced the appointment of
Mr. Bill Baker to the position of Director, Database Technology.

Mr. Baker has a B.Sc. from Brandon University, and an M.Sc. in
Multidatabase and Object Oriented Database Systems from the
University of Manitoba. In addition to his duties as a Director,
Mr. Baker will head the development team of CP Rail's $34 million
CP2000 Order Entry Project.

Clickable Systems International, Ltd., was formed in May of 1995
and is a pioneer in the development of machine independent
