If what the Gov't alleges that Ashley was allowed to choke herself, it's BIZARRE
to say the least. One has to think that THE GOV'T IS LYING. Karen Eves, a cor-
rectional officer from another prison, "found it 'bizarre' to witness guards asking
Smith to take off ligatures she'd made to choke herself. The (idea) that she's
allowed to do it for a certain amount of time? That didn't make much sense to
