I am looking for some suggestions.

Hi there, I'm looking for a good place to pick strawberries. I know
there are lots of places to in Manitoba but I always appreciate someone's
opinion rather then just picking a place at random. I'm in the Winnipeg area
and would be willing to travel up to 1.5 hours for good picking. Any
suggestions on the best strawberry farm in Mb?

thanks!!!

Try Scott Creek Berry Farm west of Starbuck. From Starbuck take Halland
Drive (to the locals aka: the old highway) 2 miles west then turn north go a
half mile, and the farm is to your right. You should call first however.

Safeway is pretty good.
They give you these plastic bags and you just wander down the aisle and
pick 'til your hearts content, take them to the door and someone weighs
them and charges you accordingly.
Magic !
