Are there any free virtual bmp printer programs around?
I am using Primo PDF to create PDF files, which works fine. However I
can't add text notations to a scanned PDF file and then print them
properly afterward. The text notations are saved alright, but they will
not print.
I was hoping to use a bmp file format to create a really clear document,
add text via MS Paint, and then save the edited file as a new PDF file.
Any suggestions?

there are lots of pdf editors and fillers..just google some..
and btw..its time to give up on this newsgroups...you need to find a new
place to ask your questions
