Computer Avenue Winnipeg Build Problem

My PC has been getting noisy and heating up since January and I thought
of getting a new CPU cooler and or thermal paste to correct the problem.
I went to Memory Express and they said the CPU cooler was fine. They
found my power supply was installed upside down and my Antec 900 PC case
did not have an opening in the bottom to allow the power supply to vent
out properly.
I had my computer built by Computer Avenue in Winnipeg. They should
have seen this while assembling the computer. Has anyone had similar
issues with Computer Avenue?
