I have a sata hard drive and need some pictures and other stuff taken off
it. But I don't have the right cable to tansfer it to my desktop. My desktop
is not sata HD's. But computer avenue has a cable for $39.95. Really don't
wanna buy it just for 30 mins of use. anyone have that kind of cable to
borrow?

for about the same price. It is worth picking up simply for those times
where you are in the situation you're in now. It's also good if you want
boot from an external hard drive but don't want to pay $50.00 (min) for
an enclosure. A friend has a bunch of 20GB hard drives he uses to store
movies. This is how he accesses them.
