HAVANA, CUBA (Reuters) -- In a prepared statement announced from the Jose Marti memorial, Brian Morgan (OCLC--Winnipeg) expressed interest in the Hobbit-2 meeting of the P5 Group in December. When asked how he might assure readers of this publication that all members of the group would participate, he smiled and produced what appeared to be a dozen hand rolled cigars he said he'd obtained from a tobacco farm in the Vinyales National Park region, a few hours west of the city of Havana.
