I had found the greate 3DS to Xaml library - "Viewer3ds with
Ab3d.Reader3ds"

Whenever I distribute an application that uses "Ab3d.Reader3ds.dll" to
our customer, Must i purchase a single license of Viewer3ds? (ex:
Viewer3ds(no Ab3d.Reader3ds library) - $199.00)

and if Our customer change the computer that Viewer3ds installed, How
about the license of Viewer3ds?

Hello,

If you wish to distribute the Ab3d.Reader3ds.dll with your application you need to buy the "Ab3d.Reader3d with Viewer3ds" library license.

Basically all of my products (except ZoomPanel) are available with two types of license:
- Viewer license
- Library license

Viewer license (for example Viewer3ds) includes the converter application that can be used for example to convert 3ds files into xaml. The created xaml files (or text) can be than added to your application and distributed freely. The converter application can only be used by the owner of the license and must not be distributed. The converter application is using the converter library (for example Ab3d.Reader3ds.dll), but it cannot be used in your own applications.

Library license (for example "Ab3d.Reader3d with Viewer3ds") includes the converter library that can be used in your own applications. This means that your application that is using Ab3d.Reader3d library can open 3ds files directly. Also the users of your application can open their own 3ds files inside your application. The library also has some additional features - Ab3d.Reader3ds can for example play 3D animations, simplified transformations, etc. The Library license also includes the converter application.

Both types are also further divided into Basic and Pro license (pro having more features).

I hope I have clarified the licensing model.

Andrej
