Client Domain: Non Profit Organization
We have a new contract need to support our Salesforce work. Do you have any contractors with the following skill set:
Must have:
Advanced knowledge of the following functions within Salesforce:
§ Data Management tools including import of accounts/contacts and custom objects, mass transfer records and data loader.
§ Custom report building including join reports and dashboards
§ Configuration of standard and custom objects including creation of custom and formula fields, page layouts and record types
Ability to troubleshoot desktop integration issues with Salesforce for Outlook and Chatter Desktop
Knowledge of Salesforce security components including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules and user activation/deactivation
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce validation and workflow rules and approval processes
Added plus:
Experience with Conga Composer and Demand Tools’ Dupe Blocker a plus
