Off topic: Switching from Ultimate to Enterprise

Anyone know if there is there a way to switch from Windows 7 Ultimate
to Windows 7 Enterprise without needing to wipe the disk and start
over?

I was under the impression you could reactivate with a different key and it would do the right stuff for you. But I've never tried it and perhaps that was just on internal builds or something. Worth trying - or web searching for, maybe.
