It’s too beautiful not to share with you guys. A good friend of mine, very talented logo and icons designers, did this for the MVVM Light toolkit.
By the way, he loves doing this kind of things, so if you are looking for someone really creative, professional, friendly and (as a side bonus) who likes to experiment with WPF and Silverlight too, you should contact him (He also has a cool Silverlight intro on his site ;)) http://info.philippe-schutz.com/

Believe it or not, he did the logo in about 3 days, and it's not like he has nothing else to do! This includes the logo black and in white, and two sets of icons (with and without text). That guy rocks. He is Swiss by the way.
Sacha using to run a techno record, wow that's something :) love these blasts from the past. As for me i was totally (and still am) into hard rock, heavy metal and metal, with some excursions into punk rock, etc... the difference with now is that back then, i had a bad ass leather jacket with one of these patched jeans jacket on top. And yeah it had chains and nails LOL these were the days...
Cheers,
Laurent

That is an awesome business card on his site.
I used to be able to do some really crazy tweens in Flash. For those that
can be bothered have a look at this one, just download the attached and open
the S16_Launcher.html file and follow your nose
Its a flash site for a techno record label I used to run, ah those were the
days
