Having trouble viewing this email? View it as a Web page. Franklin County property owners who feel their property value is too high or too low may file a request with the Board of Revision. The deadline to challenge your property value is Monday, April 2. Applications can be found online.  Residents have filed about 4,500 Board of Revision complaints thus far this year. That number represents about 1 percent of the 430,000 parcels of property in the county.  We will host our eighth annual Board of Revision Open House from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, April 2 in the Franklin County Courthouse auditorium, 373 S. High St. Staff will be on hand to assist residents with paperwork and to accept complaints. Residents have until Monday, April 2 at 5 p.m. to return their Board of Revision application in person. Applications can be emailed to B...@franklincountyohio.gov or faxed until 11:59 p.m. on April 2. Mailed applications must have a postmark no later than April 2. The fax number is 614-525-6252. Following the last full reappraisal of property in 2011, we received 11,385 Board of Revision complaints. We are expecting to receive around 7,500 this year.
