Questions from RSA

We have some questions we hope to shed some light on (there will be many more):
 
Fuel:
- Can/will you supply fuel at the airfield during the competition?
- Can/will you supply the teams with containers (bottles/cans) to mix, carry, dispense, store the fuel? (Something like PET water bottles, Jerry cans or fuel cans)
- Can/will you have 2-stroke available at the field? If so, what type/make?
 
Insurance:
- Can we buy 3rd party insurance at the competition?
 
Storage:
- Is it possible to have secure storage for a container (airfreight or sea freight) with our equipment at the airfield the week before and the week after the competition?
 
Radios:
- Is it legal to use Airband radios in Spain? This is not for the competition, but for informal flying.
