Dear Computers & Writing 2020 conference participants, colleagues, and friends,
We’re writing to let you know that the Computers & Writing conference planned for 2020, postponed to 2021, and then moved to 2022, will be May 19-22, 2022 in Greenville, NC.
We will keep the conference theme: “Practicing Digital Activisms,” but since so much time has passed since original proposals were submitted, we’ll be sending out a revised call in the next couple of weeks as we want to account for changes in research trajectories, the field, and the world. We’ll be asking those of you who were accepted to C&W 2020 to resubmit your proposals, revise them, or submit new ones. We’ll also be featuring an option to present virtually and envisioning a fully online component for those who are unable to travel to Greenville, NC. We’re excited to be (re)imagining a conference that will be responsive to the needs of the C&W community.

We hope that you are staying healthy and safe.
Sincerely,
Erin Frost, Michelle Eble, and Will Banks
Computers & Writing 2022 Conference Team
