Nominate: Nell Ann Pickett Service Award Closes next Friday, November 15th!

Just a friendly reminder that nominations for the 2025 Nell Ann Pickett Service Award will be closing next Friday, 15 November 2024.

There is still time to nominate someone, so please consider those you know who represent the best of two-year college teaching, someone who has made a major impact on the work we do as teachers of English at two-year colleges. Does their teaching represent such "outstanding personal qualities as creativity, sensitivity, and leadership"? If so, please consider nominating them for the 2025 Nell Ann Pickett Service Award. 

The 2025 award recipient will be honored at both the National TYCA Conference and the annual CCCC Awards Ceremony in Baltimore next April. They will receive a plaque and free registration to that year’s conference.
