I want to take this opportunity to congratulate the following GSOLE members who were elected to leadership positions.
Vice President: Mary Lordes Silva (Ithaca College)
Secretary: Jennifer Smith Daniel (Queens College)
Executive At-Large Board Members: Ann Marie Ade (Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University); Tess Evans (Miami University of Ohio); Trent Kays (Augusta University; Interim through 2027); and Maryam Vaezi (University of Arizona)
Please join me in welcoming them to the 2026-2027 leadership team (Kevin DePew, President; Amy Cicchino, Immediate Past President; Kathleen Turner Ledgerwood, Treasurer; Jessie Borgman, At-Large Member; Mariya Tseptura, At-Large Member), some who will begin their terms on July 1st.
I also want to thank those of you who ran for positions. We have a talented and strong membership, and I look forward to everybody contributing to the GSOLE in the ways that they can. To that end, I welcome and look forward to hearing your visions for GSOLE's future over the next few months.
