Hello colleagues,

Now that summer is underway and you (maybe?) have some time to write, I'm resharing a call for chapter proposals on writing center administrators as campus leaders. This edited collection, edited by me, Joy Bracewell, Stacis Moroski-Rigney, Kem Roper, and Wonderful Faison, aims to make visible the wide range of knowledge and skills as well as the added value WCAs, as leaders, bring to university campuses. Our intended audience for this collection is twofold: we aim to reach both WCAs and other university administrators. WCAs can use this collection to gain insight into their role as campus leaders and to develop a personalized leadership style. They can use the text to more clearly define aspects of their professional labor and to advocate for their career development. University administrators, on the other hand, can benefit from this collection by learning more about WCAs and the work they do, or could do, on college campuses, as well as how to develop WCAs’ leadership potential and maximize their impact.
