Event: TYCA Literature Network and DEI Roundable in Cleveland

Hi Colleagues,

I am excited to share two TYCA opportunities for members at Wednesday's TYCA conference in Cleveland.

Our Literature Network will kick off at the network roundtables (11:30-12:30) at the national conference. If you're interested in discussing the joys and challenges of teaching literature--in general and in our particularly complex context--please join us. We will have a follow-up after the conference, so if you're not able to join us in person in Cleveland, please email me at bethany...@gmail.com, and I will get you added to the network.

Our DEI Committee will also be meeting during the roundtable session, facilitated by Anne Canavan, one of our members and subcommittee chairs. We have a draft statement we'd love some feedback on, and we want to hear from you about your experiences with DEI at your institution, in your state, etc. Please join us!
