Dear Colleagues,
The Online Writing Centers Association (OWCA) is seeking applications for several Executive Board positions. We invite anyone interested in online writing centers to apply, including not-yet OWCA members.
Serving on the OWCA Board is a great opportunity to develop administrative skills while giving back to the writing center community. Those elected must be or become OWCA Members to accept the position and serve; students and those who identify as people of color can become OWCA members at no charge. All new Board members receive mentoring and support.
Click here to apply by March 30, 2026. Self-nominations are welcome and encouraged! Applications require a written (150-200 words) or video (one minute) statement. See additional information and sample application materials on the OWCA website.
Reach out to OWCA Secretary Madeline Sutton, madelin...@duke.edu, with any questions.
Sincerely,
Madeline
