My name is Todd Ruecker and I am the Director of the University Composition Program at Colorado State University. I am writing to invite you to participate in a research study about mental health in writing programs, and how institutions and programs can support better mental health among students and instructors. You're eligible to participate in this study if you are currently teaching in a writing program.

If you decide to participate in this study, you will complete a anonymous two-page survey about your own mental health and how it is positively or negatively impacted by your working context and conditions. The survey should take about 10 minutes.

After completing the survey, you will have an opportunity in a separate form to request a $5 Amazon gift card sent to you, as well as optionally volunteer for a compensated interview.
