CFP: MLA Panel 2027

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

I’m excited to be organizing a panel for the 2027 MLA Annual Convention in Los Angeles, from Jan 7-10, 2027! I am currently seeking abstract submissions that engage in writing experiences and AI.

In responding to AI zeitgeist, I am looking for submissions that foster conversations on writing experiences in various ways. The submission could be: 

• pedagogical and empirical studies;
• creative and narrative inquiries; theoretical, ethical and policy frameworks;
• technical-multimodal compositions that foreground composing experiences.
