Dear Colleagues,
I’m writing with some updates about the Consortium of Doctoral Programs in Rhetoric and Composition (CDPRC):

  • Last week we convened an online open meeting focused on “Graduate-Level Program Design, Pedagogy, and Mentoring.” Check out our meeting notes. Relatedly, feel free to peruse our working bibliography of sources on graduate pedagogy and student experiences. We encourage you to submit sources not yet included by clicking on the link at the beginning of the bibliography.

  • We maintain profiles of doctoral programs and their offerings as a resource for prospective graduate students and for research purposes. Visit our site to ensure that your program is represented in our profile document! If it’s not, complete this form, and we’ll add your info to the doc. And if you’re working with students who are gathering info about doctoral programs, please direct them to our site! The profiles include current stipend amounts, degree requirements, student resources, and plenty of other valuable information.

Hope to see folks at the 4Cs sponsored panel, “Faculty and Student Perspectives on Graduate-Level Pedagogy,” on March 7 at 12:30pm.

Best Wishes,
Laura
