I'm writing to let you know that we are hiring several Teaching Assistant Professors of English at Marquette in Milwaukee, WI for next fall: https://employment.marquette.edu/postings/19165. These positions are full-time with benefits and renewable. The university and our department are making strides to make them more equitable, including pathways for promotion, longer-term contracts, and participation in departmental leadership and voting. The positions are 4/4, mostly first year writing (our innovative Foundations in Rhetoric course) in the fall semesters with more courses in-specialty in spring.
