News: New Editors of Prompt: A Journal of Academic Writing Assignments

Dear Colleagues,

The Editors and Editorial Board of Prompt: A Journal of Academic Writing Assignments are very pleased to announce we have selected Rick Fisher, Senior Lecturer in English at the University of Wyoming, and Kelly Kinney, Associate Professor of English at the University of Wyoming, to be the journal's new Co-Editors. Kelly and Rick will bring to the journal a deep knowledge of writing pedagogy and a dedication to supporting the teaching and learning of writing through the journal’s focus on publishing excellent writing assignment prompts accompanied by scholarly reflective essays.

The final issue edited by the outgoing editors, Susanne Hall and Holly Ryan, will be 7.2 (summer 2023). Authors and reviewers working on submissions likely to appear after issue 7.2 can expect to receive communications from the journal’s new editors.
