Hi, I have a clean install of WordPress 2.6 and installed Skype Online
Status 2.6.2.9 thereafter. However, when I try to go to the settings
page, it loads, but remains empty. Anyone has any suggestions how I
can get this to work?

Hi Eric,

I tried to recreate your situation but with a clean WP 2.6 install and
upload of SOS 2.6.2.9 , I get a smooth running system without even a
single entry in the log files...

Can you provide me with some more info ? Does the Settings > Skype
Status page display blank or does it load to a certain point ? (maybe
a screenshot would tell more than words)

Do you have access to the server log files ? If so, can you find any
related error messages occurring around the time that you 1. activate
the plugin ; 2. access the options page ?

Another question: does there show a Skype Online Status widget on the
Design > Widgets page ?

Last thing: can you tell me if there is an entry named 'skype_status'
in the wp_options table in your database ? If so, what is the value ?
You might try to clear it and see if the options page loads then...

Hi Ravan,

clearing the value in the options table did the trick. Now the option
page loads and there is a widget. However, I cannot configure it, as i
get the following error message:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an
array in /home/erikenja/public_html/wp-content/plugins/skype-online-
status/skype-admin.php on line 87

Any suggestions?

On the right side (bottom of the sidebar) of the Settings > Skype
Status page you should see a button 'Reset'. Please use it and see if
that helps.

Else, use the button 'Remove' and then deactivate the plugin. Then
activate it again and all should be back to default settings.
