WP Simile Timeline in ajaxified content.

The plugin works extremely well... until I activate the Ajaxify WordPress Site plugin.  I need to inject the simile timeline functionality into the ajaxified content when the page is loaded. Should I use PHP code to build the simile timeline?  I've explored several methods in approaching a resolution and could use some input. I haven't found anything specific to this particular issue in the forums.
