I want to find an expert who can work in implementing a site using
Wordpress.

The site will have the following features (most of this available in
wordpress plugins):
- Posts/comments.
- Post Rating, Comments like/unlike. + reply to comment.
- Related posts.
- Advertisements control.
- Featured posts.
- News.
- Regesteration is open. Registered users should not see the normal
admin page, instead they should be able to only insert post from
another page (with adding the custom fields in form controls [drop
down list, radio button ..etc) and upload picture.
- They should be able to modify the posts they insert.
- Users should be able to upload images to others posts ...

250$ is allocated for this job.

Moer details (specific) will be given to this expert (including
enabling some most common wordpress features like SEO, google
sitemap, ...etc).
