I have made a page to complement this discussion forum:

http://www.firstpr.com.au/jncrisis/

This links to wind maps, weather information, news information, the WP
pages etc.

I have also reproduced some images relating to the reactor design, and
to the population density of Japan, with the reactor site marked. I
attempted a description of the problems with the reactor, including
Decay Heat and how long it will take for this to subside. I am
referencing WP pages, of course, but trying to present something a bit
more concise and with graphics I choose to use, not being so bound by
copyright restrictions as WP.

I was concerned about the wind blowing onshore in the last day or so,
but it seems the wind has been very moderate and quite mixed up in its
direction. I just saw the NHK TV weather forecast:

http://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/

and they are predicting winds from the north-west. This is good - the
emissions will be blown out to sea.

This forum has four members and one has written a message. Please write
to the forum or suggest to me things to improve the companion web-page.
