Bug: Markdown is converted to HTML when moved in the calendar

I write my WordPress posts using Markdown.  When I schedule a post it is saved in Markdown. If I use the regular WordPress interface to change a post's data, the post's content isn't altered.

But if I reschedule a post using this plugin, all the Markdown gets converted to HTML.

This makes it harder for me to edit posts.

Is it possible to set the plugin just to change the date and leave the contents unaltered?
