What steps will reproduce the problem?

Site is http://jackiekarnavas.com/products-page/checkout

coupon code is ag2014

I have the code set, its active, its set to effect each product at check
out. I have no conditions set as it can apply to anything in the cart. I
have tried to apply conditions as well with same result. They have been
removed now.

Expecting a 20% discount off the items in the cart.

When the code it entered and update is clicked, it returns with "coupon is
not valid"




What version of WP e-Commerce are you using? 3.8.14.2
WordPress version? 3.9.2 and on the previous version
Which browser? FF

Tried Chrome as well with same result.
