While in the checkout area screen as a normal customer there are two form
fields that i cannot delete. from the dashboard store settings the option
is not there to delete them. i have tried for hours looking through code
and i am thinking it is in "wpsc_checkout_table" and each form
is "wpsc_checkout_form_20" and "wpsc_checkout_form_18"

please how to i delete these items.

the shop is www.kingsrideshop.com
you have to place an item in the cart then click checkout to see the
problem. it is "Credit Card#*" and "expiration date" that need to be
removed.
