What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a coupon code with tomorrow's date as expiration
2. View Coupons page within Admin the following day

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected result is the expired coupon status is changed to "Inactive".
Instead, it shows as "Active".

What version of WP e-Commerce are you using? WordPress version? Which
browser?

WP e-Commerce v 3.8.12.1
WordPress v 3.6
Issue is not browser-specific
