What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to www.thecakeparlour.com
2. Click on Books
3. Add a book to basket
4. View basket.
5. Choose country to calculate shipping price

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see all countries in Alphabetical order but all countries are
unordered plus there is a U.K and United Kingdom in there.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wordpress 3.9.2 and WPEC Version 3.8.14.2
