What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make a purchase (which is accepted/successful), or change the sales log
status to accepted
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Admin should receive a notification email, but nothing is sent
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WPEC 3.8.9.4 , Wordpress 3.5
