any know how to get my google calendar into my ipod touch (2.0)?? I've
already got it syncing with phone, palm, desktop, laptop... the ipod
is the missing piece.

Darn - I don't use Google calendar, but I know I saw something about
that recently. The only thing I can think of is Spanning Sync, but
that requires iTunes and iCal. Maybe somebody else saw something.

my gadgets don't sync to my PC.. they've never actually met my PC at
all except for the occasional USB to charge the battery.
Backup is to sdcards and/or network -- why add more strings? :-)

Can't be done then, you'll have to make do with the web-interface...

Because, sometimes, occasionally there's goodies to be found at the
end of a string... ;-)

Tchüß!

A quick Google search pretty much confirms that you need to have a PC/
Mac involved with either Outlook or iCal to do this. Without a PC,
Ryan's right - you have to do it with the web interface only which
means you can only access it when you're online.

You know, there really isn't anything inherently wrong with using
things in the way they are designed to work!

Brenda,

How are you doing with all the heavy storms? Buzz and I were chatting on Yahoo a minute ago and he sent me a link to a file of photos. Looks pretty wet and windy!

For jailbroken 1.4, there is an excellent solution called NemusSync.

For 2.0 though, there isn't any yet.

The developer of NemusSync is developing one for 2.0, but he is doubtful if his work will be accepted by Apple.

I'm using BusySync on my Mac to sync between iCal and Google Calendar.
And at work on a PC I use the Funambol plug-in for Outlook to sync to
Google. By using .mac syncing on my Mac, all my iCal events end up
on my Touch. But that probably doesn't help you, Brenda.
