New changes in this beta build:
* Eye of the Storm (Tier 4) changed to give you a 23/46/70% chance to
avoid interruption caused by damage while casting Lightning Bolt,
Chain Lightning, Lava Burst and Hex spells.
* Totem of Wrath (Tier 9) increases the damage done by spells and
effects by 6% and increases the chance strike chance of spells and
effects by by 3%. (Previously increased hit chance by 3%)
* Paralysis (Tier 9) Removed. It has been replaced with Lava Flows
(Tier 9) which increases the amount of bonus spell damage on your
Flametongue Weapon by an additional 20/40/60%, and increases the
critical strike damage bonus of your Lava Burst spell by an additional
6/12/24%.
* Storm, Earth, and Fire's (Tier 11) Frost Shock element has been
removed. It's been changed to increase the damage of your Lightning
Bolt spell by an amount equal to 5/10/15/20/25% of your spell power.
(Frost Shock Removed from this talent)
All of these are freaking amazing.
two words: SPELL PUSHBACK
also, major, major buff to Totem of Wrath (have to see how it compares
to plain flametongue for the raid though.
even more free +dmg from flametongue
224% crits on Lava Burst (guaranteed crit with flameshock on it) means
elemental will put it in their rotation.
and WOWZA more +dmg for LB
I sincerely believe Storm Earth and Fire will be reworked. That's an
overall amazing talent now.

So much good stuff... don't know how I'm going to fit it all into one spec. All of it is so juicy. I'll probably have to drop some points from UR and a few points from Call of Flame. Still, though. That's 52 points in the tree. =/ At least they're watching out for us.

Even though LvB will crit for 247% (1.03 from CSD, 1.06 from Elemental
Oath, 1.06 from the talent), it scales worse than bolt, so if you have
more than 1200 spellpower I doubt that burst will actually be used in
an elemental rotation. I've got some prelim math in a google doc.

well that's unfortunate. I have almost 1000 spell power now, and
we're 4/5 HJ and 3 bosses into BT.
