Export certain animations in FBX

Hi guys!,

How do I manage to export only certain animations when exporting to
FBX?

lets say I just want the animations nr 102, 150 and 88.

also, is there no way/workaround when exporting a model to export it
with items in FBX?, I managed to export the model with items in OBJ
but obj doesnt contain animations so its a no-go :(.
