Hi I purchased WoW2Go some time ago and have just had to replace my
HDD due to the death of my old one I reinstalled my whole setup got my
liscence from my email folder and ran it ... and Im getting the
Liscence: Incorrect[] Error, I searched these discussions for
something that may help and came up with nothing.

Depending on how long ago you bought your WoW2GO license, you may be
able to recover it by using "Request Trial License" form on
www.leapingbytes.com/wow2go. If all is well, you will get message
that your permanent license has been re-emaild to you. If it does not
work, send an e-mail with an address you used to purchase WoW2GO
license to sup...@leapingbytes.com.

Seems to be giving an error used the resent liscence file but it seems
to be looking to the previous path Im now getting an error that reads
License: Incorrect [] documenst/pp thats as far as I can see wont even
specify a path is there any way to get it to forget all presets I re
installed but it seemed to have a proxy setup I organised still there.

I have done that and it resent, but it seems to be looking for the
liscence I previously used is there any way for it to run like a clean
install and forget any/all presets

To make WoW2GO "look" for new license, you just need to double-click
on new license file. WoW2GO should remember new path (NOTE: You may
need to stop WoW2GO and start it again after that).
