Hi Everyone -

We're still taking orders for Buckeye State Lady Riders apparel and gear until the end of the weekend! If you've visited the Barn Threads' selection of catalogs (http://www.barnthreads.com and choose "Clothing Catalogs"), you'll find that there are many choices of shirts, hats, and other gear to have stitched and embroidered. It can be quite overwhelming to choose from, so here are a few hand-picked suggestions that I'm throwing out there for ideas and to help make the decision process a little easier.

Once I receive the requests from the catalogs I will be able to send them over and get a final total for your order. Even if you're just curious about cost, please e-mail your requests and I'll get back to you with the quote.

Deadline for orders has been set for January 24, 2011. Please get your requests in now!!!

Setting up your order is easy. You may either provide your own clothing article or choose from Barn Threads’ selection of catalogs. Please follow the following steps.

If you are providing your own jacket, hat, etc. for embroidery:

1.      Reply to this e-mail stating what you’re getting embroidered.

2.      Please specify if you would like to have any additional embroidery (i.e. name, position, etc.)

3.      Set up a time to have me pick the article up or bring it to next BSLR meeting on Wednesday, 2/16/11 @ Stauf's Coffee in Grandview.

 
If you are choosing an article of clothing, hat, etc. from Barn Threads’ selection of catalogs:

1.      Go to the Barn Threads website (http://www.barnthreads.com/)

2.      Click on “Clothing Catalogs”

3.      Scroll down the screen and choose from any one of the five clothing catalogs.

4.      Reply to this e-mail including the following information:

a.       Name of Catalog

b.      Full name and Model # of article

c.       Size (if applicable)

d.      Quantity

e.      Please specify if you would like to have any additional embroidery (i.e. name, position, etc.)


So far I have received requests for embroidery from the following members:

Christine: hat (own), polo shirt (BT), bag (BT), shorts (BT)
Kimberly Klopp: jacket (own)

If you're providing your own article of clothing, I will e-mail you to arrange a time to pick them up.
