Hi Everyone –
Here’s this week’s updates.
Quick Jaunts: Meet and Ride to the last two Euro Bike Nights of the year (Tuesdays 9/14 and 9/28) in Grandview Heights. On both days, meet at Motohio @ 5:45PM and we’ll scoot on down as a group. If you haven’t been to one of these, it’s one of the most relaxing and unique bike nights you’ll attend in the Columbus area. No crazy bikes, no alcohol, but lots of good food and conversation! Did I mention there’s Jeni’s Ice Cream?
Knights of Columbus Steak Dinner (9/17/10, 6-8PM): It’s the only place in town where you can get a made-to-order steak, a hefty-sized baked potato, and a desert for $11! Come to the Knights of Columbus in Whitehall (4217 E Main St. Whitehall, Ohio 43213) from 6-8PM for some of the juiciest steak you’ll ever eat. Proceeds from these steak nights go to local charities here in Columbus. This is great food and a very great price! Ride on over and meet some new people! We’ve also got members from the Ohio Riders and other motorcycle friends coming by for dinner as well. There’s also a 50/50 raffle too.
MSF Dirtbike School (9/11/10): It was a blast!!! Thanks to Susan Closson for setting that up for us. We had 7 BSLR members and 1 from the Queen City Lady Riders take the class at the MSF Main Campus in Troy, OH. We definitely learned a lot about dirtbikes and more about motorcycle riding – definitely an educational experience.
Central OH Sheltie Rescue Reunion (10/3): Please RSVP to Penny (unce...@aol.com). It's that time of year for our annual doggy reunion. This year it is set for October 3 from 12-4 PM. We are having it at a dog park in Gahanna...it's Pizzurro Park. The link below is for a map.

We will be providing the hamburgers and hot dogs...so, please RSVP to let us know how many are coming so we can plan accordingly. We are asking that you also bring a dish to share with others.
Please remember to bring the doggy and human friendly dogs! A couple of years ago, we had 57 dogs at the reunion. Let's try to break that record! Please remember they don't all have to be shelties either. Since a lot of our adoptive family homes have other breeds of dogs, we invite them to come along for the fun!
We plan to have a great time with a couple of door prizes and maybe even some things for sale. We hope you and your pups will join us for a relaxing good time!
Can't wait to see you there! This is your chance to meet the whole family! If there's anyone that you've been corresponding with online from our group...this is your chance to meet them. And remember, Every adoption means that our family grows! This year, we've been very, very busy with this growing stuff! We've added 32 families just this year! It's time to meet everyone! Come on over and have a great time! It costs nothing but a good time!

2009 Suzuki Boulevard C50 for sale: A friend of mine has to let go of a motorcycle due to personal issues and it’s practically brand new (only 1200 miles). You can see the ad @ http://columbus.craigslist.org/mcy/1934606626.html. He’s willing to negotiate the price as well.
