Chapter Updates and Help Wanted! (12/1/10)

Hi everyone –

 

Here are this week’s chapter updates.

 

CANCELLED: The Saturday, 12/4/10 – the Holiday Party @ Spaghetti Warehouse in Downtown Columbus has been CANCELLED. Due to a lack of RSVPs we have opted to not have a holiday party this year. However, several members have chosen to keep the reservation at Spaghetti Warehouse for a personal dinner with family and friends – you are more than welcome to come join in those festivities starting at 5PM on 12/4. No RSVP necessary for that.

 

We will be arranging a “Meet-and-Greet” lunch/dinner in early 2011 as part of next year’s recruitment drive. Please stay tuned for more updates.

 

FIRST MEETING OF 2011: Wednesday, 1/12/11 @ MOTOHIO. We’re trying a Wednesday to see if we can attract more people to come to our meetings. Although these e-mails do reach many people, we like to meet the faces behind these addresses. In town? Come on by and say hi!

 

Local Help Wanted: WOW Columbus is on the search for an Assistant Chapter Director. Have leadership roles intrigued you? Interested in learning the ins and outs of running a WOW chapter? Want to help the Buckeye State Lady Riders continue to grow in 2011 and beyond? The only requirements are that you must be (1) motivated, (2) willing to learn and change, and (3) a WOW member in good standing.
