Using the same binding for different actions on different frames

I want Right Click to mean counter spell on a hostile target, and
remove
lesser curse on a friendly target, mainly for 5v5 PVP.

I am using Pitbull unit frames with party targets enabled.

Is there a way to do this ?

Yes, there's a dropdown in the top right hand corner that allows you
to change click-sets.

For hostile, define Right-click as counterspell and for helpful
(friendly) define it as lesser curse.

Alternatively, you could make a macro for right-click which does the
following:

/cast [help] Remove Lesser Curse;
/cast [harm] Counterspell
