Rule function for unusable equipment

Would it be possible to provide a rule function for unusable
equipment? With that mean for example any gear the class cannot use.
For priests that are for example the armor types plate, mail, etc.,
and a lot of weapon types, librams, relics., etc.
This would help a lot to make a trash rule that can be used by all
different classes to put trash and unusable gear into one bag for
easier vendoring.
The level requirement should not be taken into account by this
function.

Same problem, different approach:

Create the category "used by equipment manager".

Because with your rule you would be force not to chose your own armor class, even when it's worth most gold.

And while we're at it: create a category "equipped"?
